TRS was founded in the United States and maintains its primary fabrication and assembly facility in Jefferson, Oregon. Our US team has completed timber restoration and construction projects from the Pacific Northwest to the Southeast, working with county transportation departments, USDA Forest Service districts, private property owners, and commercial clients.
The United States has thousands of aging timber bridges, historic timber buildings, and timber-framed structures approaching or past their intended service life. We restore, repair, and replace them, to an ISO 9001-certified standard that no other timber contractor in the country can match.

The men’s lounge had just been renovated when inspection revealed the roof truss system and support members were failing. TRS restored the full roof structure, preventing approximately $1,000,000 in replacement costs and preserving the newly renovated interior below.
“The Nest” at Robinson Preserve
Manatee County recreational pavilion
A distinctive pavilion shaped to represent a bird’s nest, with extended beam and rafter ends severely deteriorated by the elements. TRS sourced matching glulam species from the Southeastern US, fabricated replacements in the shop, and installed them with mortise and tenon connections, structurally sound and visually seamless.
