Timber quality policy

You deserve more than industry standard

Quality isn’t a department at TRS, it’s the certified system that governs every assessment, design decision, and build we deliver.

Our commitment

Built to a standard we set, not one we settle for

Most of the timber industry builds to “good enough.” We don’t. Our quality policy commits us to engineering, treating, and assembling every structure to a 100+ year design life, the full lifespan timber is actually capable of when the workmanship is right.

That means proprietary treatments, patented reinforcement, full in-shop assembly with load testing before anything ships, and documentation your engineers and reviewers can audit at every step. We hold ourselves to it on every project, in every country we operate.

What ISO 9001 means

An international standard for quality you can verify

ISO 9001 is the international standard that defines the requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Being ISO 9001 certified means TRS has consistently demonstrated its ability to deliver products and services that meet and exceed regulatory requirements.

This is especially important in manufacturing and construction, where quality control is crucial to the success of the project. For you, it’s the difference between trusting a claim and being able to audit it, every process documented, every outcome traceable.

Documented

Every step recorded and auditable.

Consistent

The same standard on every project.

Accountable

Independently certified, not self-claimed.

Why it matters to your project

Quality control where it counts most

For public-sector buyers

A governance signal your councils, DOTs, and review boards already recognize, procurement that holds up to scrutiny.

For engineers

Traceable documentation and a controlled process you can specify against and sign off with confidence.

For owners

Confidence that the structure you paid for was built, and proven, to the standard you were promised.

Hold us to the standard

Bring us your structure and your requirements, we’ll show you exactly how our process meets them.
